Ask out loud
Tap the orb and talk the way you would to a friend. Tap again to send.
A voice companion for everyday energy
Sleep, heart and activity already live on your wrist. Ask out loud how you're doing, and Vital answers in two or three short sentences.
Open source. Sample data shaped like Apple Health. Not a medical device.

How it works
Three steps, a few seconds. No dashboard to decode.
Step 1
Tap the orb and talk the way you would to a friend. Tap again to send.
Step 2
It compares today with your usual, from the sample day on screen.
Step 3
Two or three plain sentences, spoken back and written on the watch.
Why it feels different
Tap, ask, listen. There is no menu to learn and no chart to read.
Every answer sets today next to your own usual, never an average person's.
Never a diagnosis. When something looks off, Vital points you to a professional.
Every answer is brief and spoken aloud. Then you get on with your day.
Safety
Vital talks about health, so the model is fenced in at every step. It is a demo, not a medical device.
What the evals check
Vital stays on sleep, recovery, activity and energy. It names no condition and gives no medication or dose.
Worrying questions are pointed to a doctor or pharmacist. Emergencies are pointed to 112.
The answer uses today's sample numbers, compared with your usual.
A fixed set of live questions runs in CI on every pull request. A release ships only when it is green.
Under the hood
One question makes one trip through the pipeline. The model key stays on the server.
